Juxtoposition

This is from a recent visit to New York. I don’t normally like to take photos of the human built world. I think that photographing art or architecture often just amounts to documenting someone else’s work, instead of making my own. But I guess someone did a great job here, because the layering of these statues against this backdrop struck me in a way that was worth capturing.
